Comment:  These guys have definitely climbed to the top lately! Every Phi Delt I've talked to has been classy and down to earth. They definitely have by far the best brotherhood of any chapter. As a whole they could be more involved on-campus but their new pledge classes seem to be more involved! Fun parties and they treat girls with respect!!
