Comment:  Here is the truth about Phi Kap. Are they a top house? Yes. But SAE and Sig Ep are better. Phi Kap has athletic jocks that are attractive. They also have a few guys who are involved on campus that keep them relevant. Phi Kap parties hard. Phi Kap thinks they are the best. People used to love going to Phi Kap when they weren't on probation. Phi Kap is now off probation. Phi Kap is still currently 3rd in the ranking but Phi Psi / Theta Chi are right behind them. Let's see what Phi Kap does.
