Comment:  Phi Sigma Rho is not apart of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) which includes Chi O, Zeta, & KD. Due to this they are not apart of the Formal Recruitment process. Lovely girls, very academic. Not very big on partying (if you're an almost alcoholic try DOL or OSig). They do socialize and try, but not very well done. Don't hate the girls, just dislike how the systems portrays them. A bit quirky.
