Comment:  Phi Psi was the top of the top. Once PIKE got kicked off campus back in like 2011, or whatever, Phi Psi took over as top frat, and threw some great parties. Unfortunately, they are on probation, and are looking like they might get kicked out themselves. They are fun guys, they know how to party, but they aren't the smartest dudes around.
