Comment:  They lose their house in spring 2017. After that, they have two options. A) Find another temporary house to lease (TKE's house is the only option), which puts them in the same situation again. Or B) Begin building a new house, which after legal/financial organizing, contracts, then actually building the house, will make ATO homeless for at least 2 years. Both options result in their recruitment and social essentially getting devastated. Case and point, ATO is stuck in middle tier purgatory.
