Comment:  Probably at southern. Definitely upper-mid tier, but the chapter is growing really fast and with most of the other fraternities on row on probation/suspension I'm sure they will grow immensely in the next year. They know how to throw down without being douchebags and all the ones I met during rush were super down to earth and don't perpetuate the stereotypical frat guy stereotype.
