Comment:  Bottom of the top tier. In the social game they're really only behind the two top chapters and they chartered last fall so that's pretty impressive. A lot of these guys are gym rats and athletes that can actually hold a conversation with you. Their parties are awesome. They really need to fundraise more and do more philanthropy events on campus. If we're being real here they're still better than almost all of the fraternities on campus. 8/10.
