Comment:  As someone who went through recruitment, I have to be honest and say I dropped GPhi first day. It wasn't the fit for me but I know girls who are fantastic and super involved but others that really have little substance. It felt so separated and seeing how so many girls dropped out this year was sad but unsurprising. It takes the right fit most definitely but join for the right reasons and it'll be worth your while.
