Comment:  come across as really nice, down to earth girls (but i've met a lot who are actually pretty mean). they're cute and fun but in a "girls night dancing in the dorm" kind of way. not really the best if you want to party and meet dudes and actually go out in DC. they've been on a steady rise in the past few years so i'd put them at the top of the middle, but i don't think they'll ever be number one.
