Comment:  I would consider a chi o to be top house at sfa, or atleast in the big three for sure. The girls are really fun and love to have a good time. My fraternity has done philanthropy work with them before and they were nice and fun to hang with. A lot of fun to party and go out with. For freshman girls rushing fall 16, definitely consider a chi o if you want to have a good time and have some fun sisters.
