Comment:  G Phis are really nice. They get hated on by all the other sororities so they tend to keep to themselves. They won lip sync this year so that got them some respect. Their philanthropy isn't the best but they're working on it seems. Recruitment is their strength, they'll have every girl wanting to go G Phi but if you're a PNM make sure you actually are going G Phi for the right reasons.
