Comment:  Good building, good location, meh guys. Can step it up, and historically have been a lot better, but right now they are kind of mediocre. Probably best positioned rock bottom house to break out fast.. (That or Kappa Sig) But they aren't there yet. Parties were not great. Compare to K sig, but a little nicer in my opinion.
