Comment:  Without a doubt they are a top house here at TCU. But the thing that stands out about XO to me is the fact that they are really rooted in tradition. This is both good and bad. They have a lot of strong history. They have a tight group. The down part is that they aren't that open to change. They are sort of stuck in the past. Either way, anybody would be dang lucky to get a bid from them.
