Comment:  New to the "top tier" so a lot of people are arguing it, especially AXO and KD, which have always been XO's main competitors popularity wise. These girls are involved though. They have some real witches, but they also have some real sweethearts. It depends on who you bring yourself to associate with XO. Not the most popular sorority fraternity wise, but again, fraternities always want the frat rat sororities. So props to XO for keeping their dignity and maintaining relative class.
