Comment:  DPhiE a few years ago was very meh, but in the past couple years and pledge classes they've snagged some really great girls. They don't care what people say about them, so they actually have a genuine and strong sisterhood. They're overall mixed on social aspect and still aren't the most popular, but props to them on getting better and being really down to earth
