Comment:  I don't think it's fair to place these girls on a tier until they've had at least 3 if not 4 more pledge classes. It takes time to build sisterhood and find a niche. They have a lot of potential growth which could go in either direction which is not necessarily a bad thing and I am sure that most of these founding women joined for that potential to make their sorority what they want it to be. I've met many sweet Sigma Kappas and some of their "bad seeds". Every sorority has them!
