Comment:  Kappa Sigs are a group of social guys that are good at two things, basketball and being alcoholics. Some of their guys are cool but for the most part, they have no class group and are trying to get drunk every chance they get. They're the only cheater to have an actual house but no one lives in it because it's in the bad part of town. There's broken glass everywhere and bullet holes in one of the walls that they covered up.
