Comment:  Phi Delt definitely isn't top tier, but they are super nice guys and they've only been back on campus for a few years. I can tell they really care about their philanthropy based on the award they just received. They also excelled in Greek Week this year. Their parties are a good time. Like somebody else mentioned, I don't have to worry about something being slipped into my drink.
