Comment:  Terrible reputation, if they recover from it at all, they won't be considered even middle tier for another ten years at least. This might be their "reinstated" alpha chapter, but for real, you're probably better off waiting a year and rushing again as a sophomore than sticking with pi phi. There is way too much animosity directed towards them and you will likely be miserable.
