Comment:  Decent lower tier frat. Only became relevant the past year or two, still not considered good enough to be on most sororities radars. They started to gain popularity by being the "nice guys" that were sort of nerdy but treated girls well. But they've expanded so fast and bid so easily that they've let in a bunch of complete weirdos and douchebags lately. The younger guys in this frat are total creeps and try hards. Dont see them moving up anytime soon but they are starting to have bigger parties
