Comment:  Just so the gossip stops. Only one of the kappas was drunk. She attended an event with non-greek friends before coming to greek sing. She has apologized to PHA and her house. No punishment was giving to kappa because it was not kappa as a whole but one member who made a poor decision separate from kappa and is dealing with the repercussions.
