Comment:  What's happened to Phi Kap? This used to be a relatively good, maybe even top, fraternity. That's sure not the case now. Too many current members are creepy and make women uneasy. And they don't do themselves any favors as far as reputation with the way they sit on their patio and make disparaging remarks about women walking by.
