Comment:  Easily the most popular fraternity for people from the tri state area. They tend to get the best kids from NY/NJ and be the favorite amongst girls from those states (which is why they are so close with phi and sdt). Still have a good amount of people from mass and are slowly getting more popular amongst the in state crowd. They throw a lot of parties that aren't exclusive to Greek life which helps make their name known around campus even without big letters on their house
