Comment:  So irrelevant i debated whether or not it was even worth my time to rate them. Not only is this fraternity bad nationally, they're bad at W&M too. I don't think these guys have had a date to homecoming in the past 4 years. The life cycle of a delta phi is as follows: rush [don't get bids at better places-->Join Delta Phi-->Realize no one likes you-->deactivate-->try to sneak into other fraternity parties.
