Comment:  Let's be real here. Sig ep used to be a top tier frat at UMASS. They had a huge house on Olympia and threw bangers. (Anyone who was a student at UMASS 2013 and prior can vouch for me). They had a great brotherhood and mixed with top tier sororities. However, after 2013 they lost their house on Olympia and got a place on Phillips but after that they've been going downhill. Hopefully these guys can get back to where they were and lose their new bad rep.
