Comment:  alpha phi is a new house, but is sure to move up, especially after their house is built. they were selective during their rush, however, some girls they took as COBs are not up to par with the rest of them. a lot of girls who went alpha phi got cut from top tier sororities, no doubt, but overall a likable PC that frats love. will probably finish under phi mu after rush this year.
