Comment:  Sure Pi Phis are really outgoing and fun to party with, but really think about if that's all that you want out of your college experience, because these girls morals are pretty below par from what I can see. They really need to cut back on partying and focus on their grades and sisterhood. I consider them bottom tier based on how they treat each other in public and their obvious lower standards. However, they're very social and if that's what you're looking for then go for it.
