Comment:  I love DChi's, but they let weirdos into their parties. Not to mention, a lot of guys that aren't in the frat hang around a lot. Some really nice guys, some weirdos, and some awesome people. I like their house layout the best since it's a ranch. And their deck is a plus. Brotherhood might be a little questionable, since I hear them talk bad about each other sometimes.
