Comment:  Some of my favorite guys on Greek Row are from this house. The house itself is in awful condition, though. They throw a lot of opens to get more attendees, so they create a lot of friendships with new people not in greek life. But, sometimes weirdos go to these parties. I'd say the guys care more about having a great time as brothers than anything, but they're all pretty nice. A mix of stoners and binge drinkers. Biggest con is that they don't buy enough booze for parties sometimes.
