Comment:  This is a very good all around house. Mostly out of state members and so they compete at the top of new row with Zeta and ADPi. I would put them in the middle of those two. Just not as cute and fun overall in contrast to Zeta and not as "driven" as the ADPi's I know. But those are the top new row houses for sure, which are probably better than the less old row houses.
