Comment:  I am an ADPi. I am going to be a senior, as a 4th year I have seen the change that has been happening in my sorority. Every year we get a solid group of girls and a handful of girls that we'd rather part ways with. Because of panhell quota requirements there isn't much we can do about it but we are trying. Our exec knows there are problems. We know things need to change. GreekRank ratings for UA are all off because the people who are confident in themselves and their sororities don't use it.
