Comment:  do not go off of the percentage rating that currently puts pi kapp at number 2 below theta chi when you sort umass fraternities by there reviews on this page.... pi kapp is not nearly a top or middle tier fraternity as they are known as the honors fraternity on campus and are simply below average. while they have a nice house they dont even throw down and have a long way to go before they are even top 5-10 at umass. for real rankings go on the discussions section of this website
