Comment:  They have to dirty rush just to get PNMs to like them, AGD and Phi Sig don't have to do that and have much higher retention rates. I see some of their sisters love it and thats awesome for them! BUT, I also see a lot of girls drop the first year after being disappointed that its nothing like the big show they put on at recruitment.
