Comment:  Definitely one of the best off campus fraternities! These guys are very well run. Very good with who they get during rush and will not just bid everyone. They really do need to get the SigEp House when they leave and once they get to Jefferson they will be a really good house to hang out with. They really don't have many strange dudes and they have a lot of hot guys. Only problem is they need a better GPA.
