Comment:  Definitely should not be ranked this high. Annoying girls and questionable pledge classes..only hangs out with Theta Chi and will not leave them alone. Theta Chi has even said they want space away from them. Kappa Delta is below Alpha Phi but better than Tri Delta, and any real Towson student will agree.
