Comment:  This group has potential but there are 2 things going against it: 1. Pi Kap is very young at UT and doesnt have a well established alumni base. 2. This alumni base probably over stretched to fund the purchase of PhiPsi's old property. That property is rundown, overvalued and costly. Their alumni base wont be able to afford extreme renovations or do a tear down and new house.
