Comment:  Top tier, but I heard it's a crap sisterhood. Chi O's are definitely hot, but they're also pretty rude to each other and judgmental to everyone else. They got decent girls this year but their sense of entitlement made most of the frats just over them. Top house but they're kind of irrelevant now..
