Comment:  You can spin it two ways 1) Gamma Phi is bottom tier and the girls don't have a whole lot to offer (looks, personality, involvement, social skills, etc) 2) They're different from all the sororities in a charming weird way! So of course they'll be bottom tier. I see the first way as more accurate
