Comment:  Chi Phi is a middle tier frat that often gets lost in the crowd. They're full of mostly great, nice guys. I wouldn't describe a lot of them as hot though. Some can be bitter about their placement in the social tier. Chi Phi is kind of known for their active late night smoking (not cigs) scene.
