Comment:  Recolonized campus. Seems to holding on to their old reputation which is fine. Still "Beta Island" because they don't really belong into a tier due to their mixture of guys. Many football, rugby, lacrosse, and just random kids who get along with each other. Classy guys, and not really fratty. Their house is getting renewed so we don't know how they will do this coming year, but most likely get athletes who hang out with each other mainly, which is fine. Not super involved with other greeks.
