Comment:  They have taken over self ranking. They have some really pretty girls but some that are not at all. Worse is the majority are hard to even carry on an intelligent conversation with. The majority would not be your wife type but the one night stand. They really want to think they are top tier but they never have been and while fraternity guys think they are hot I can guarantee you if you go to top fraternity houses it would be very hard to find a PiPhi there.
