Comment:  In all honestly, these guys are probably in the upper-middle tier but are in the lower section of it. They have a great brotherhood, house and some really cool guys from the past 3-4 pledge classes. My sisters and other girls love going to their house for parties and Margaritaville was debatably one of the best parties of the year.
