Comment:  This year they got a mostly mid quality PC with their perfect new house. In the fall they're going to have that new house PLUS a bunch of a mid quality girls recruiting. Its not hard to see that this house is on a major upswing with a lot of potential. They are already way more social on campus and you actually see them at social events now. On top of that they've been dominating philanthropies and other events.
