Comment:  Kappa Delta still isn't established at West Chester yet, but I can't wait to see who the new memebers will be and what tyey will bring to the greek comunnity. Kappa Delta is known as a top tier sorority nation wide. They will start here as not top tier because they are new but with hard work, I'm sure these girls will be able to be top tier in no time.
