Comment:  most recent pledge class was a big improvement, but theta chi always seems to attract freshmen - especially girls. very few upperclassman girls seem to stick around and hang with all the brothers. brotherhood is good, and there are some great stand-up guys, but there's a common understanding that that's where freshman girls go to find a random one night stand. they need to establish a better upperclassman foundation
