Comment:  I guess Theta Xi reformed last year and that must be why there are bad votes in the past. They are on the up and up no doubt and have really nice guys. Don't bag on a house if you don't know them. Duh they are smaller, if you knew them they do it for a reason because they like knowing everybody.
