Comment:  Let's be real, all houses have their ups and downs no matter where you go. Top house? Nah, but they are definitely top tier. They get good grades, have increasing involvement, there's a quality social media presence and the guys know how to have fun when it's appropriate. Not to mention the last couple years it seems like they've been pulling in big pledge classes. All in all keeping in the right direction and things keep getting even better.
