Comment:  The real test for DPhiE will be this upcoming formal recruitment. Their new pledge class will speak to where they will fall in the hierarchy of Kutztown. After a semi-weak start, they seemed to pick up some steam by mid-spring, and had a great ANAD week and wing-eating contest. And say what you will, but their pledges were gorgeous.
