Comment:  don't think they're top AT ALL. I never see them around, and I especially never see them at philanthropy events. Their 2016 Greek Sing sucked and they haven't won or placed in anything....also very catty and rude to those who are not pi phi's. Although I do not like them as a whole for the most part, I do know a few quality girls in this sorority
