Comment:  The only reason this chapter got any pledge classes is their huge new house. Which is fine, that's a pretty attractive thing. But the fact that anyone pretends that DU is anything better than 2nd worst on campus is a joke. I haven't heard of a single DU party, philanthropy, never see any letters on campus, I could go on and on. They're on the rise but until they actually do literally anything they're still only marginally better than the worst house on campus
